What is a Psoas class?

Psoas (pronounced So-az) is a class that relaxes and focuses the mind and creates space, strength and muscle tone in the body. It concentrates on the core muscles of the abdomen and hips and helps open up these areas creating flexibility and releasing pain. It is perfect for those with old injuries and general stiffness and those who need to destress and unwind. Each session is 60 mins long.
